These food combos are made up of healthy foods that not only fill you up and help you burn fat, but also allow you to eat as much as you want without risking your results.
1 – Carrot and Tahini (Sesame Butter)
Carrots are one of the most underestimated healthy foods on the planet. They are low in sugar while also contain large concentrations of Vitamins A, B, K and Potassium. They are also great for increasing satiety and decreasing your overall calorie intake.
As for Tahini, which is a type of paste/butter made from sesame seeds, it’s also extremely nutritious. Like Carrots, Tahine also has fibers that reduce calorie intake. It is also filled with anti-inflammatory properties which provides for a healthy gut and increased fat loss.
2 – Chicken And Cayenne Pepper Food
You might already know that protein is very effective in reducing weight, but did you know that chicken is one of the ideal sources of lean animal protein? If you eat chicken breast frequently you can control and manage weight loss. They are also very low on calories. As for the cayenne peppers, they have a compound called capsaicin which increases the rate at which the body burns calories and helps with appetite control.

3 – Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Food
Whether you want to lose weight or not, you should have oats as part of your diet. They are rich in important vitamins, fibers, minerals, and antioxidants. The most important fiber is called beta-glucan which helps to lose weight by increasing feelings of fullness and promoting healthy gut bacteria.
As for the Peanut Butter, this is all packed with a plant-based protein and it’s low in carbs. Additionally, is a good source of healthy fats. You can incorporate this at your breakfasts, for example.
4 – Spinach Banana Food
This is a healthy combo that provides a lot of nutrients but can also help you lose weight. Bananas are very low on calories and hardly have fats. The fiber keeps the hunger hormone from being released. Spinach is rich in protein, helping boost your metabolism and muscle growth and development.
5 – Honey and Lemon Combo

This is an amazing combo to help you lose weight as it is a fantastic natural metabolism booster. They are great to flush out toxins in your body. They are also rich in minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients which help to make us feel full for a longer time.
You can add cinnamon powder as well to this mix to increase health benefits as well as overall taste.
